2025학년도 대학원생 논문게재 장려금 지원사업 신청 안내 / Support for Journal Publication Incentives
2025학년도 춘천캠퍼스 대학원생 논문게재 장려금 지원사업을 다음과 같이 안내합니다.
1. 지원대상 : 춘천캠퍼스 대학원 재학생
※ 학·석사 연계과정중인 학부생 포함
2. 지원내용 : 지원 대상자가 국내 및 국제학술지에 논문을 게재한 경우 장려금 지원
- 지원금액 : 1편당 300천원
우수논문* 300천원 추가 지급
※ JCR 상위 10％ 이내（논문 적용분야가 다수일 경우, 가장 유리한 지표로 산정）
3. 지원조건 : [붙임1] 참조（※ 반드시 지원 조건 숙지 후 신청）
4. 신청방법
- 제출서류 : 대학원생 논문게재 장려금 신청서 1부, 개인정보 수집이용에 대한 동의서 1부, 논문 사본 1부（ ※ 신청서에 지도교수와 신청자의 서명 또는 날인 없을 시 접수 불가）
- 제출방법（택1） : 연구진흥과（아산관 104호） 방문제출 또는 이메일（research@kangwon.ac.kr）로 원본 스캔파일 제출
주의사항: 해외 이메일 계정 사용 시 이메일 수신이 안 될 수 있으니 가급적 강원웹메일 또는 한국 이메일 계정을 통해 제출할 것（수신 오류에 따른 책임은 지원자에게 있음）
- 제출기한 : 2026. 2. 13.（금）
5. 지급시기 : 매달 말일까지 접수된 신청서 다음달 초 일괄지급 처리
6. 지원제외 대상:
- 교내 또는 정부 재정지원사업으로 지원된 논문
- 동사업으로 이미 지원받은 논문
- 신청일 당시 강원대학교 대학원 ＇재학생＇이 아닌 경우

Notice on the 2025 Graduate Student Journal Publication Incentive Program （Chuncheon Campus）
We are pleased to announce the following details regarding the 2025 Journal Publication Incentive Program for graduate students at the Chuncheon Campus.
Eligibility:
Graduate students currently enrolled at the Chuncheon Campus
※ Includes undergraduate students in an integrated bachelor’s-master’s program
Support Details:
Incentive is provided to eligible applicants who have published a paper in a domestic or international academic journal
Amount: KRW 300,000 per paper
An additional KRW 300,000 will be provided for excellent papers
※ Excellent papers are defined as those published in journals within the top 10％ of the JCR （Journal Citation Reports） ranking, based on the most favorable subject category when multiple categories apply.

Application Process:
Required Documents:
- Application form for the Journal Publication Incentive
- Consent form for the collection and use of personal information
- A copy of the published paper
※ Applications will not be accepted without the signatures or stamps of both the academic advisor and the applicant
Submission Methods （choose one）:
- In person: Research Promotion Division （Asan Hall, Room 104）
- By email: Submit a scanned copy of the original documents to [research@kangwon.ac.kr]
⚠ Important: If you use an overseas email account, your email may not be received. Please use your Kangwon Webmail or a Korean email account to avoid potential issues. Applicants are responsible for any problems caused by email errors.
Submission Deadline: February 13, 2026 （Friday）
Payment Schedule: Applications received by the end of each month will be processed and paid in bulk at the beginning of the following month
Ineligible Applicants:
- Papers supported by internal or government-funded programs
- Papers that have already received support from this program
- Individuals who are not enrolled as graduate students at Kangwon National University at the time of application
